4.1. The products and services offered on the Website are intended for customers who reside in South Africa and the Southern African region. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Please contact us for pricing
4.2. All products are sold per box unless a sample is ordered. Although sold per box, the price of the products is based per square meter. This is for the purpose of allowing easy comparison between the prices of different products.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of this information, we do not take any responsibility in the event of incorrect information. It is always best to enquire before purchasing.
5. Ordering and Payment
5.1. We currently do not accept online orders or payments. To place an order, please contact us through the contact details provided on the Website. An experienced Sales agent will get back to you regarding your query and provide an accurate quotation.
5.2. Payment for orders must be made in full before delivery. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
6. Delivery
6.1. We deliver throughout Southern Africa. Delivery charges will be quoted based on the volume/weight quantity of products ordered considering the destination address received from the customer.
6.2. We quote delivery to areas with truck or forklift access, or within 10m distance from where the truck is parked. If further logistics is required, such as manual offloading, this needs to be disclosed to us so that we may make the correct arrangements with the couriers and quote appropriately.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Please check items for acceptability before installation as no claims will be entertained after installation.
7.2. Items can be returned within 30 days of invoice date provided that it has not been installed/laid, has not been damaged and are in saleable condition.
7.3. We only accept full boxes for refund, no loose tiles are accepted.
7.4. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT/REFUND.
7.5. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization from us.
7.6. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for their intended use prior to purchase. We will not be held liable for any loss or damages (physical and financial) caused from using the incorrect product for a particular area.
8. Ambience/Lifestyle Images
8.1. The ambience/lifestyle images found on the Website are based on computer renders and the colour of the tile shown on the Website image may not match the product exactly due to circumstances including, but not limited to, digital vs print media and device display settings.
8.2. It is the client's responsibility to enquire for expert advice on whether the tile product is suitable for the area they would like to use it prior to purchase.
